Owego, NY — Sleigh bells are ringing in Owego’s Holiday Showcase on Saturday, November 15, from 10-5 pm. Santa arrives in a horse drawn wagon at 11 am and will greet the children at the ArtSpace Gallery from 11:30-1 pm.
