Harborfest Bowlfest 2010 Set For April 11

Oswego, N.Y. - Oswego Harborfest’s BowlFest 2010 will take place on Sunday, April 11 at Lighthouse Lanes on Shampine Drive in Oswego from 12 PM to 3 PM.

“This is one of only a couple of fundraisers that Harborfest hosts during the year,” said Harborfest Executive Director Tom Van Schaack. “Being a non-profit organization, and an admission-free festival, we rely on events such as BowlFest to generate funds that will help support Harborfest not only during the week of the festival, but our year ‘round operation.” Read more »

February in Albany Features Entertainment to Warm Hearts this Winter

For theater lovers, Betrayal and To Kill a Mockingbird are at Capital Repertory Theatre, with Agatha Christie’s, And Then There Were None, performed by the New York State Theatre Institute. Gilbert and Sullivan’s, The Mikado, is on stage at Cohoes Music Hall. Belleayre Presents Winter Festival Week and ‘Taste of the Town’

All week, a variety of activities are slated in communities around the area including parades, bonfires, skating parties and more. Belleayre will again offer the popular “Taste of the Town” on Monday, January 25. January Will be Jamming at Belleayre
