Saturdays at Strong just got bigger and better! We’re now open Saturdays (as well as our usual Friday nights) until 8:00 p.m.
To celebrate, the museum has launched Saturday Night Family Play Dates, a series of evening events for kids and families presented the first Saturday of each month from from 5:30 to 8:00 p.m., March through June. Bring the entire family and enjoy nightly story readings and themed activities. Saratoga Springs, NY (February 11, 2009) – Saratoga Performing Arts Center announced that Arturo O’Farrill & The Afro Latin Jazz Orchestra - winners of Sunday night’s Grammy Award for ‘Best Latin Jazz Album’ - are among the featured artists of the 2009 Extended Season. Also performing will be the world-renowned Boys & Girls Choir of Harlem Alumni Ensemble and critically-acclaimed jazz vocalist Rachael Price.
